Who is Elderbridge?

Elderbridge is a credit solutions company. We acquire and administer customer accounts from a range of consumer finance businesses. We are part of Target Group, which is in turn part of Tech Mahindra, a global digital transformation company.

How do I contact Elderbridge?

Our Customer Services team can be contacted on 0345 650 6237. All calls are charged at your local rate. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm, and on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.

What if I want to repay my loan in full?

You can repay your loan in full at any time. For information on this, including how to obtain a settlement figure or to repay your loan in full, please contact us on 0345 650 6237.

I have been asked to make a payment to my loan via my smartphone, what method of payment can I use?

If you have been asked to make a payment to your loan via your smartphone you can make that payment using one of the following debit cards, Visa Debit, Maestro Debit or Mastercard Debit. We do not accept payments via credit card.

Who do I contact if I have a question about a payment which I have made to my loan via my smartphone?

If you have made a payment to us via your smartphone and would like to talk to us about that payment, you can contact us on 0345 650 6237 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 1pm). Alternatively you can e-mail us at customer.services@elderbridge.co.uk

Can I get a refund on a payment I have made?

As the payment you have made is towards a financial commitment, we do not offer a refund. However should you need to discuss the payment, you can contact us on 0345 650 6237 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 1pm). Alternatively you can e-mail us at customer.services@elderbridge.co.uk

Will you report my account to credit reference agencies?

Your account will be reported to credit reference agencies in accordance with the appropriate terms and conditions specified in your original credit agreement. You can check your credit file by contacting the credit reference agencies. They may charge you a small fee for doing this.
