I am struggling or expect to have difficulties in making my monthly payments

We will always do everything we can to support you through times of difficulty and have a range of options we can explore with you. If you are unable to find answers to your questions in these pages, please call 0345 8400 244 to speak to one of our advisers. If you are struggling to make your loan repayments, we are here to provide support. Please call 0345 8400 244 and provide as much information as possible, so we can help in the most appropriate way.
